By 1970 the Four Seasons already had a reputation for having the best banquets in the area, accommodate to the biggest celebrities and innovative customer service.

At that time if you forgot your items of personal hygiene You were lost. Hotels didn't provide these products, much less sell them, but at the Four Seasons, they decided that the hotel should intervene and use what was happening to its advantage.

It was then that the first bathroom amenities in history were created. This way, guests could stop worrying about carrying soap and shampoo wherever they went.

One would be surprised that it took the industry so long to realize such a huge need, which is something extremely vital to the quality of a hotel today.
